Hi let me say that My Tub and a first class service. My fire part which I ordered was no longer available. My Tub e-mail as they had found a replacement part. I phoned the customer service to have the replacement part this part was actually cheaper than the original one. My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did.
