Order delivered on time and as described.
Web page is easy to navigate although a tad basic in looks. Does the job though.

Though I cancelled my order (not bcause I was in anyway disatisfied) I found the service offered very good.

Kept up to date with progress of the order. Goods arrived on date predicted. Orders staff dealt very well with another order for a tap which had been discontinued. Can recommend your service to others.

Not sure what happened with this one but initial 30 day lead time to obtain everyday plumbing materials isnt acceptable to my customers, especially as these products are manufactured in the uk. The order was fulfilled with 13 days after agreeing to pay an additional £9 VAT delivery charge. This is however, common in the UK plumbing supply industry & by no means exclusively a MyTubWolseleyMcAlpine problem. All products turned up as described and the communication by MyTub was very good. This has not put me off ordering from MyTub who are usually very good & this may have been out of their control.

Great service, genuine parts and arrived on time. Very friendly staff. Please add images assigned to products on your website as not always we know the part number were looking for.
Thank you.

Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you.
