Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. It is just my opinion, but I find your website terrible to navigate. Perhaps it is partly because I am not a plumber, but surely people do not shop for plumbing fittings by brand first Wouldnt they look for the type and size of fitting, then choose the brand Why can we not order search results Why are there a zillion sub-categories in each sub-category in each category - case in point, me trying to find suitable compression fittings for 8mm microbore pipe.
Otherwise, you seem to stock absolutely everything, and at a good price.

Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party
For example, there some changes on colour, its grey,and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float.

goods have been ordered direct from the manufactures (ideal) there code for the item is SV81767. Ideal have advised that system fittings have a 5 year warranty.
