Everything about this transaction was good. In addition, the driver who delivered the package when I was out was very diligent - he took the time to call me and agree on a good place to leave the package that was out of sight.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery.
My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery.
