We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Product was as described and communication was good but delivery took nearly 2 weeks from placing order. A little disappointing.

At first I wasnt going to order from you as I wanted to pay over the phone with a card and I was told your company only took orders on line.
For me thats a pain, I just want to pay over the phone and be done with it. Im still disappointed .
That aside once the order was taken on line all went very well, my order even came 2 days early.
