Good value for money, good communications but very long delivery times compared with similar companies.

Excellent service, you were able to supply quickly, brand new, an obsolete boiler part, not available from the manufacturer anymore, which I had thought was going to be unobtainable. Your website made it very easy to find what I needed. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Any queries answered swiftly, politely and in an easy to understand manner on your orders status page. Was a pleasure to do business with you. Thank you

Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you.
