Hi
Impressed by price and speed of processing order.
An image would have been useful as even though I got the product no from another web site with image am not 100% certain that this is the correct item due to the difference in prices.
Fingers crossed & thanks.

MyTub puts its customers’ interests to the fore - the level of customer service that I have received has been outstanding. They have diligently followed up on a problem not of their making through to successful resolution. Well done MyTub!

I'm happy to give you feedback as requested, here goes...
Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery
The chaps at the plumb cent
