Item received 3911 instead of 31811. Waited in for 3 days in order to
sign for item as we have no near neighbours. Not at all impressed with
UK Mails delivery service. Jeanette and Christine at MyTub very helpful tho, and always pleasant throughout.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. Thank you for excellent service.
Ive received shipment in time
the only big MINUS was the excessive shipment costs for an EU-customer, which trippled the product price.
Best regards GB
