Item just what i needed, a replacement divert-er saved me having to replace an expensive tap and pay a plumber. would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). I ordered the D-shaped shower rail from Mytub, and have to say I'm really pleased with the quality of the shower rail - and it looks great over our shower bath!
The service we received was great (I'm sure I spoke to Christine on more than one occasion), and would have no problem recommending your company to my friends.
Thanks again!

I found your staff to be friendly, and were extremely helpful, but thought that the P&P was a bit on the expensive side.
