Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks – my ‘find’ was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock – so that’s when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email – others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the ‘mrs’ thinks I’m a star – brownie points for me…..which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!

finally received my order on wednesday 15th febuary when it should of been delivered on the 6th febuary which you did e-mail me and tell me what the problem was, which i was greatful of as i thought it had gone somewhere else. Thankyou for all your e-mails and keeping me up to date with my order.
