Thank you for sorting it out, got there in the end.

Excellent - the only company to think laterally enough to find me a replacement for my obsolete airflue duct. Thanks!

Good value for money, good communications but very long delivery times compared with similar companies.

Youve done it again guys! Sourced obsolete parts in 24hrs, great communication, Google searching for these parts is now a thing of the past! BRILLIANT!

This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.
Overall I am very happy.

Items listed should state if they are in stock or not.
Also any additional charge for faster delivery.

Your 7-10 day delivery was way out, almost had to cancel. Then the
incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down
to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very
helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good
communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the
future.
