|Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this has been a recent change to our system. We agree with you that it is not quite right and we have now edited our system so as not to be so confusing.

|Glass splash-back arrived badly broken. I rang My Tub immediately and they agreed the return and arranged a replacement to be delivered. Good service with good communication by telephone and follow up e mails.
|Good all round service in terms of website easy to use & better than most, keeping me informed on delivery date I didnt have to go checking order status - you sent me helpful emails, product availability, price, and order turnaround.
