Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.

The young lady who helped me , Jeanette , displayed customer care and a willingness to assist so rarely seen these days. She has a pleasant attitude and nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you !

Hi
The service was good and I was able to pick up the goods as arranged. I thought it was good to be given the chance of picking up myself, and not having to pay the delivery charge. Parts were as expected - which isn't always the case with online purchases! Also the order was available quicker than expected
Nice to do business with you.
