After a small delay in sorting out the bank details your service was impeccable.
Delivery was on the days that were stated.
Yes, I WAS impressed and WILL be using your store again.

Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone.

They are very conscientious in there business and
good at communication, though let down with delivery

Good company to work with.
