Great service. Could not believe how quick in receiving the part, but most of all the Mytub team are very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Products at a good price, but painfully slow delivery by todays standards for easy to source items.

They supplied me with difficult to find obsolete tap cartridges at an acceptable price. So I can keep my old taps that are still in excellent shape. Delivery was very quick. Thanks MyTub.

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable. It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !

Jeanette and Christine have been unbelievably helpful tracking down a sink and waste unit for me. It's wonderful to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone.
Very many thanks

What an amazing service. I ordered two soft close loo seats, I was given a courtesy call to check I’d ordered the correct one. The toilet seats were subsequently dispatched and arrived the next day.
