Excellent customer service, exceeded expectations. Delay was caused by your supplier and then the item went missing in transit - however you were on the case before the estimated delivery date and kept me informed at every stage without prompting. Thank you. Will certainly use you again and recommend you to others.

Excellent service - Product came when they said it would and a very competitive price. Thoroughly recommended.

Description of product was with SIDE or bottom supply. There is no side supply. Also described as having components pre-fitted, this is not true. I expect a partial refund for the inconvenience of this. Please respond.
Thank you

Great service. Ordering process very good in that always told where are in the process.
Could do with a time slot re delivery rather than just a day.

Great service, only place with the parts I needed, postage was a bit high but delivery was prompt and communication was excellent

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

Good service, my order arrived on time. Following a query regarding a replacement item the staff member I spoke to was very helpful.
