Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.

Replacement gas fire coals arrived well packaged, exactly as described and a day earlier than the three day delivery forecast time. Will definitely visit MyTub again for other products when required. Rating excellent
