Product, price and feedback to customer were excellent but delivery contractor was unreliable. Delivery was eventually two days later than originally promised.

Good service thank you. Nice to be updated with delivery dates. Delivered on day said. Good price compared to same item on other sites.

The boiler arrived promptly.
The driver had not been briefed to call ahead as requested and consequently was kept waiting for an hour.
Subsequent message via the website asking about flues and fittings has not been answered.
