Would be useful if you could give more specific information regarding delivery datestimes via email. Also had to wait over a week for delivery which is quite poor.

Goods arrived in perfect condition and as advised. I was updated fully at all times during the order and delivery procedure both by email and once by telephone.
Stay safe and keep well.

I have ordered toilet seats from My Tub Ltd on several occasions now and I have always found the service to be fast and reliable. The website is very user friendly and I am always kept up-to-date with emails. Thank you.

Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived.
