I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
