My Tub were very helpful in identifying and sourcing the part that I needed for our shower. I sent them photos, which they forwarded to the manufacturer and quickly came back to me to let me know what part was required. The part was sent through and arrived on the specified date. That the valves were a little slow in arriving was no surprise given their apparent rarity and that caused no hold-up in any case.
