Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.

First class service all the way from ordering to delivery, your on line order tracking service is particularly useful.

You offered a first class service with uptodate messages being forwarded to me as to where my order could be collected.
My order was made available ahead of time and was collected from the appropriate store with no fuss at all.
Thank you very much. I shall use you again if the need arises.

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (5.99?)
