A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!

I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. First class service and price! I ordered the cistern lunchtime Tuesday and it was delivered 9.30 am Thursday. I was kept up-to-date on progress of the order at regular intervals.The price, including delivery, was easily the cheapest I could find.

Prompt delivery and good communication. Confusing stock check feature which goes off to some form about nationwide distributors. I just added it to the cart and bought it from the product page, but nothing said you had it in stock. Would it have told me if it was unavailable
