mytub was the only company to stock the top quality part I needed. Thank goodness to mytub. Website easy to order from and delivery very quick and sent via a very good trustworthy courier. Would definitely recommend to others.

I am very happy with my order and the way it was dispatched. There was a slight delay due to the Christmas and New Year period. I was kept well informed throughout and once into the new year my order was dispatched. I would recommend myTub for heating supplies.

Hi
Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!

Excellent quick dispatch, delivered within 3-4 working days. Constant communication, thank you! After a horrendous experience ordering the same item from another firm, Im glad I came to you - and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Only Feedback - Delivery time slots would be better so the customer does not have to be home from 8-4 pm.

Thanks I have received all items in normal condition.
Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there.

It took a ridiculous amount of time to receive this item and there seemed to be a very long supply chain.
