Very helpful finding an alternative to an out of production control panel, but the best thing was whizzing it to me next day after ordering very late in the day! Well done!

Order delivered on the day quoted
I think the delivery driver had recently undergone a charisma bypass!
I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

Dear John
The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Customer service is all about managing expectation and your have performed admirably. Surely you are best in class.
