Good evening, I indicate you that you sent me the bad outside temperature sensor, you delivered the outside F42010971-001 probe while I commanded N T7043B.
So I return it to you and ask you to pay off it to me or to transmit me the ordered article copy of which you will find in the return of the parcel
Thank you for your understanding

Order delivered on the day quoted
I think the delivery driver had recently undergone a charisma bypass!
I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

Dear John
The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.

Hi Peter
I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Thank you for delivering my order which arrived in excellent condition and on time according to your third forecast of ETA. Taped to the container was a mystery item - a small roll of electrical insulating tape. As I'm often running out, that was very useful.
