Having been without a boiler for several days, had the runaround from a well known national gas company and a wife threatening to divorce me and emigrate back to her homeland, your swift supply of a part, which mysterious the aforementioned gas firm couldnt source, was extremely appreciated.
In particular, I would like to commend Christine for her help and the urgency she clearly demonstrated. Without her actions we might still be shivering and by now slightly smelly.
With everything back to normal, the one downside is I get to keep the same mother-in-law!

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.

The actual ordering was not quite as straightforward as we expected. The Company did have a server issue earlier in the day though.

My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation
