The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. The admin staff kindly brought forward the 1 month long delivery time so that we could receive our bath before Christmas. Unfortunately it didnt arrive on said date, so had to wait until the store opened after New Year. Although the product was good value for money, the free delivery that attracted us to the website in the first place was outweighed by the long wait for the product. All members of staff we spoke to were helpful and polite.

As the goods are delivered buy our own guys from branch, there is no need for excessive packing, the goods are loaded and delivered to you the same day.
