They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Hi not impressed the courier service came when I was at work.. fair enough, but I went to pick the parcel up on friday I was told it had been returned to you on Friday 5 days after attempted delivery, despite the fact their card said seven working days after delivery.. so I had a 40 minute journey for nothing........ plus the fact the card they put the card though the door saying I could reschedule iit over the internet as long as I quoted the 12 digit code which was only 10 digits and the website would not accept... bad customer service on your couriers part

The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place
