good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
but other wise a good service will use again

Good selection of products. I just needed a simple replacement toilet pan for one of my buy to let properties. Very competitive pricing and free delivery! Excellent. My order was swiftly confirmed and I received it 3 days later. Will definitely use this company again - really good.

The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.
