I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. Job done ....... what else can I say!!! Thank you .... outstanding service ....... Happy Christmas !!!

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. Or, as with other sites, it would be useful to have a related products link, as I cant imagine there are many people that want to buy a sink without its associated waste kit. Now although

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Very happy with the Mira shower fittings plus extra shower head. Despite being the Easter Bank Holiday the delivery was very quick. The prices are very good. I found the team very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone. I know where to come now in future. Thank you to all concerned.
