All fine really, apart from a pretty slow delivery service. 6 days to deliver within the UK is I bit excessive, as Ive had things shipped from Napal in less time.

The product arrived promptly and was as described.
My one complaint is the packaging that was used. For the single support tube of about 12mm x 150mm, it arrived in a box that was about 300mm x 200 x 200, packed with another folded box, inflated plastic packing and was inside a padded envelope. All that was required was the padded envelope with a stiffener inside to stop the tube getting broken. In these days of trying to reduce packaging, this went totally the opposite way

Despite difficulties in accessing the item which appeared to have been discontinued, you succeeded in locating one after some extra effort. At all times your communicator treated me with courtesy and apparent enthusiasm! It has been a pleasure to have had dealings with you. BRAVO!!!

Excellent customer service. I had to call as I needed to collect the item ordered urgently, I made 3 calls and spoke to 2 people. They could not have been more helpful, they located and contacted the nearest delivery site and emailed the details to me.
