When the wrong product was delivered apparently the fault of the manufacturer that dispatched it, Laurie did a good job in sorting things out. It was nice to have the personal service - definitely came across as a real business that cared, not a call center.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted.
Thank you. DM
