Thanks I have received all items in normal condition.
Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again.

A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!

Items received the next day after ordering. Ordered 2 x Bristan W BTH17 discontinued & received 2 x Bristan W BATH05, which is presumably the new replacement model. Very quick & efficient service.
