Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. They were quick to respond to questions and phoned to confirm the delivery time. Product also arrived with no issues.
