Dear Sirs,
I have had two orders with you, both now delivered. The first one was somewhat delayed and on the second one, over £25 and hence postage free, an attempt was made for me to pick the order up myself or pay extra for a carriage charge due to distribution. I queried this and it was withdrawn and some free tape included with the order. The people I dealt with via email were prompt and polite in their responses.
Kind regards,
Paul Kelly

Very good choice of products, at competitive prices, and a relatively easy-to-use website. It would be helpful if stock availability, and lead-times, were displayed in real time for all products on the website, rather than having to make an availability inquiry.
Other than that, very satisfied with your service!

I am very pleased to say that I am delighted with the service I received from MyTub.
The sales team were very helpful and the product arrived in two days from order and is now installed to my satisfaction.
Many thanks for your help.
