We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. Excellent service with delivery on the date promised. Great communication at all times.
Only gripe I have is that with buying Armitage Shanks products I would have expected that they would have the company name embossed on them as in the past. To me Armitage Shanks is a quality product, the reason I bought them in the first place and I have also written to them to that effect with feedback.

Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.
