Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. Good Morning,
This is my first order with mytub, I found the follow up on my order was very good, letting me know delivery date and the warm towards your customers when placing a order in the form of a e-mail.
I will be buying again from mytub.
Kind regards

Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
