The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.

Part I ordered was delivered very speedily. I needed this gas valve as my heating had broken.
Very relieved when it arrived a day before the date I was originally given, thank you.
