Very good service

The items were delivered quickly and were well packaged. The delivery driver was very polite and I would definitely order again from mytub. Many thanks.

Good price and delivered within three days as predicted on order. Many thanks indeed. I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Noone I spoke by phone or online really appeared to understand what I wanted so decided to source elsewhere when I could be more certain of what I would be getting.

Really quick service, and very quick to respond to my query
...Mrs Samantha Boyd

Order arrived on promised date. Excellent service. Thanks!

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

I was very pleased with the quickness of responses to my queries. A pity that the item has been discontinued and was unable to buy from you. will keep your site on record for any future needs.

Excellent service/price, kept us informed of progress of order, goods received 7.10am on the given date. Would certainly consider using the company again when the need arises.
