The extra mile that MyTub went to complete my order was like a breath if fresh air. A swift receipt of my goods then topped off what was a very pleasing buying experience. Well done.

Most impressed with your customer service. I was immediately informed of the anticipated delivery date and regularly updated. Item arrived safely on the expected day. Many thanks - I only wish other companies were as good

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.

I was impressed and would recommend mytub. Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I was kept me up to date with my order process via emails. A company that deserves to do well.
