The Customer Service at mytub were exceptional. The Roca corner sink and towel rail I had been searching the internet for I could not locate anywhere, but a quick call to mytub, not only located the sink in the UK but also located the towel rail at the manufactures in Spain.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. So I return it to you and ask you to pay off it to me or to transmit me the ordered article copy of which you will find in the return of the parcel

Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.
