Dear MyTub,
Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded.

Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.
