The heating controller was a direct slip-in replacement for the old version I had been enjoying over very many years, and is working well. The only problem with the old one was that the control button for the CH function was becoming very intermittent.

I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.
