It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. Very impressed. First time Ive used My Tub but no complaints. Have been kept up to date with the delivery date and, although later than originally expected, arrived as per advised and in perfect condition.

Brilliant - you got me the old part that British Gas couldnt find and saved my boiler for a few more years ! The part came in one day rather than the three days I was resigned to. Thanks
