I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.

Thank you very much Christine for searching for the part I needed urgently and arranging for me to pick it up from the closest depot. The part is now fitted within a few hours of contacting you. Thanks for keeping me informed thoughout.

My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed.
