I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. It was good experience working with My Tub. Customer service always kept me informed of possible date of availability of material and then was delivered too.
MyTub representative was quick to recommend new model as a replacement for an old one.
