your service and communication have been excellent and products and website are good to! I would guess delivery out of your hands at this point but delivery was confirmed for 12/01/2018 but didnt arrive until 15/01/2018 but wasnt a problem for me!

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.

I was looking for a replacement Bristan Arctic Towel. This has proved impossible to find, but MyTub were able to offer a very similar looking alternative. It was shorter than the original but is a very good substitute. I was able to dismantle the broken one and replace the broken bits with new. So a perfect solution. I made a mistake with my ordering details, but the team at MyTub were very good, they responded quickly to my emails. Very pleased with the service and support.
