After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Thank you for the service that exceeded expectations, especially when your staff contacted me by telephone to advise that the part was obsolete, but then they went the extra mile to search and source the item from another suppliers old stock.

Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Kept me well informed throughout the refund process even though it ended up being a non sale for them. Cheers

Only niggle: I waited in on the estimated delivery day but received an email at 4pm saying it would in fact be the following day, thus wasting my time. Luckily, Im retired! Communications otherwise good.

I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.
