I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
